Glute Bridge March
- Reps
- 10–15
How to do it
- 1
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, arms by your sides.
- 2
Breathe out as you press through both feet and lift your hips up into a bridge — hold them there.
- 3
Keeping your hips level, slowly lift one knee toward your chest, then lower it back down — that's one march.
- 4
Breathe in as you march, breathe out as you switch sides — keep your hips from dropping throughout.
Where you should feel it: Your glutes and the backs of your thighs.
What your coach says mid-set
- “Hips stay up as you march”
- “One knee lifts toward your chest”
- “Hips level, no dipping”
