How to do it

  1. 1

Stand with your back against a wall, feet a little forward and about hip-width apart.

  2. 2

Slide down until your knees bend to a comfortable depth, then breathe normally.

  3. 3

Hold your back on the wall with your heels down.

  4. 4

Press through both feet to stand before your legs begin to shake.

Where you should feel it: The fronts of your thighs.
